| 目的：探讨泌尿系结石患者睡眠质量影响因素，为制订改善患者睡眠质量的措施提供理论依据。方法：采用自编问卷调查、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷（PSQI）对2014年1月～2014年5月在我院泌尿外科住院治疗的236例泌尿系结石患者进行测评，运用Logistic 回归分析法找出泌尿系结石患者睡眠质量的影响因素。结果：236例泌尿系结石患者PSQI 总分为（7.35±2.41）分。PSQI 总分>7有96例患者，占40.68%，多因素Logistic 回归分析显示经济压力大、担心手术、焦虑、抑郁情绪是患者睡眠质量的影响因素，而文化程度高是患者睡眠质量的保护因素。结论：泌尿系结石患者普遍存在睡眠质量问题，睡眠质量受多方面因素的影响，可采取针对性的干预措施，以改善患者的睡眠质量，使患者以最佳的状态接受治疗。 |

| Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with urinary calculi. Methods: The survey was conducted among the 236 patients with urinary calculi using self questionnaire，the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire (PSQI) between Jan 2014 and May 2014. Logistic regression was used to find the factors that affect the quality of sleep. Results: The total PSQI score was 7.35±2.41. Ninety-six patients had a PSQI score >7，accounting for 40.68%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that economic pressure, anxiety, depression and worried about operation effects are risk factors for sleep quality, educational level was a protection factor for sleep quality. Conclusion: Sleep quality is very common in patients with urinary calculi, and is affected by multifactor. Proper interventions should be adopted to improve sleep quality, so the patient may be treated in good condition. |
