| 目的 探讨品管圈活动对心胸外科监护室正确应用血管活性药物的影响。方法 采取随机抽样法，选取2012年10月到2013年5月术后使用血管活性药物的患者900例为对照组（改善前）；2013年10月至2014年5月术后使用血管活性药物的患者900例为观察组（改善后）。2013年10月至2014年5月开展以“提高心胸外科监护室应用血管活性药物正确性”为主题的品管圈活动。结果 与活动开展之前相比，品管圈活动开展后，血管活性药物应用的正确率由97.8%提升为100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员对于血管活性药物的认知显著提高(P<0.05)。改善后品管圈成员在品管圈手法的运用、团队精神、促脑力开发、沟通协调能力、活动信心、荣誉感及责任感七个方面均有提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动能降低心胸外科监护室应用血管活性药物不安全事件的发生，提升用药安全。 |

| Abstract: Objective to investigate if the application of the quality control circle (QCC) would improve the correctness of the use of vasoactive drugs in cardiothoracic intensive care unit。Methods 900 patients using vasoactive drugs from Oct.2012 to May 2013 were selected as control group (before the QCC activity)。Another 900 patients using vasoactive drugs from Oct.2013 to May 2014 were into observation group (after the QCC activity)。QCC activity was carried out in order to improve the correctnenss of the use of vasoactive drugs in cicu during Oct.2013 to May 2014。Results After the QCC activities, the correct rate of the use was raised from 97.8% to 100%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)。The cognition of vasoactive drugs of nurse staff is also raised。After the application of QCC, seven aspects including the way to use drugs, team spirit, mental development, communication and coordination ability，confidence sense of honor and sense of responsibility were increased in varying degrees, the difference were statistically significant (P< 0.05)。Conclusion the QCC can lower unsafe use of vasodrugs in cicu, and improve drug safety。 |
