| 目的:在核医学护理工作中有被辐射的危险。因为核医学工作的正常操作中会带来较低剂量的辐射扩散或污染。有必要关注在护理工作中的辐射危害。
方法:通过分析平时工作中,最容易接受到辐射的注射工作中所受辐射情况,收集并整理于辐射相关的数据,从而分析核医学护理工作的辐射危险。
结果:“弹丸”注射持针时间明显长于普通注射,分别为35.55±5.88秒、48.32±8.72秒,差异有统计学意义(t = -12.142, P<0.001)。平均每2周时间内,左手、右手接收光子辐射剂量当量分别为3.68±2.92mSv、为6.22±5.54mSv。
结论:中国的核医学工作中,护理工作有一定的辐射危险性,特别是手部,需要引起重视。 |

| Objective: There is the danger of radiation in nuclear medicine in nursing work. Because the normal operation of nuclear medicine work will bring lower doses of radiation. It is necessary to pay attention to radiation hazards in nursing work.
Methods: Through the analysis of the daily work, the most vulnerable to radiation by injection of radiation, collecting and collating the data related to the radiation, radiation damage and analysis of nuclear medical nursing work.
Results: "Bullet" injection needle time was significantly longer than the ordinary injection, respectively 35.55 ± 5.88 seconds, 48.32 ± 8.72 seconds, the difference was statistically significant (t = -12.142, P<0.001). Every 2 weeks, the left hand, right hand received photon radiation dose equivalent was 3.68 ± 2.92mSv, 6.22 ± 5.54mSv.
