| 【】S [目的]探讨先天性小耳畸形患者接受全耳廓再造术前术后的护理。[方法]对76例接受全耳廓再造术治疗的先天性小耳畸形患者实施行为指导、情绪疏导等心理护理,加强对术后供肋软骨区的伤口愈合情况及负压引流观察与处理,术耳局部皮肤血液循环的观察及患者的睡姿训练等[结果]术后6个月随访,76例全耳廓再造患者术后康复效果满意,再造耳廓形态逼真,血供及感觉良好。[结论]全耳廓再造手术复杂,术后康复与术者精湛的操作技巧有关外,还与手术前后的护理质量、健康指导、患者及家属的良好心态与行为有着密切的关系。 |

| [Objective] investigate patients with congenital microtia underwent total auricular reconstruction nursing before and after operation. [Methods] 76 patients with congenital microtia auricle reconstruction for the implementation of the guidance, emotional and psychological nursing, strengthening rib cartilage zone for postoperative wound healing and negative pressure drainage observation and treatment of ear, sleeping posture training result observation and patients with local skin blood circulation.] after 6 months follow-up, 76 cases of total auricular reconstruction postoperative rehabilitation of patients with satisfactory effect, the reconstructed ear lifelike shape, blood supply and feel good. [Conclusion] total auricular reconstruction of complicated operation, postoperative rehabilitation and operation skill related, also a good attitude and the quality of nursing before and after operation, the patients and their families, health education and behavior has close relationship. |
