| 目的 探讨骨科腰麻术后患者在保持去枕平卧的同时,使用自制颈枕增加其舒适度的可行性。方法 将腰麻术后80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组40例。对照组40例患者术后取常规去枕平卧位；实验组40例患者术后给予去枕平卧位的同时在其颈背悬空部位放一自制软枕,既保持了患者的去枕平卧位又增加了患者的舒适度。观察两组患者在腰麻术后去枕平卧4-6小时的舒适度。并在患者舒适度、耐受例数及耐受时间、头痛发生率等情况进行比较。结果 两组患者在术后头痛发生率上差异不显著无统计学意义(P>0.01),在肩颈部舒适度及耐受时间上有显著差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 腰麻术后采用自制颈枕平卧可有效改善患者舒适度。 |
