| 本文通过对产后抑郁的概述,分析了产后抑郁的影响因素,主要与患者生物性因素、家庭因素、患者本身的因素、医务人员的服务态度及健康教育程度等因素相关,并归纳总结了产后抑郁的护理对策,主要心理护理、家庭支持、有效的沟通、落实优质护理、开展人性化导乐陪伴分娩于健康教育等综合措施,为相关护理人员的临时实践和科研作一参考。 |

| This article provides an overview of postnatal depression via analyzing the cause of postnatal depression including family reason, individual and biological factor, the attitude of healthcare professional and the level healthcare education. The study summarized the management of postnatal depression such as nursing intervention, psychological care, support from family, effective communication, quality care and individualized person centered health education. The article is aim to provide nursing professionals a better understanding of postnatal depression, hence to improve their clinical practice. |
