| 目的: 探讨集束化护理在预防经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影支架植入术(PTCA)后血管并发症中的应用及临床效果。方法: 采用随机数字表法将199例PTCA患者随机分为干预组(集束化护理组)99例和常规组100例,常规组予护理常规进行护理；干预组在此基础上予集束化护理。观察比较两组术后血管并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用、满意度。结果: 干预组术后血管并发症的人数明显低于常规组,住院时间短、满意度高、住院费用下降不明显。结论:集束化护理在预防PTCA术后血管并发症的临床效果更佳。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bundle care in preventing vascular complications of trans-radialcoronary angiography stent implantation .Methods 199 cases of PTCA patients were randomly assigned 2 groups,intervention group (bundle care group) 99 cases ,and 100 cases were in the conventional group,patients in the conventional group were cared by routine care,patients in the bundle care group recieved not only the routing nursing but also the bundle care.Then compare the incidence of postoperativevascular complications,the days in hospital,costs and patients’satisfaction. Results The number of vascular complications were significantly lower in intervention group than in conventioneal group, the days of hospitalization in intervention group were less than that in conventioneal group,the satisfactory rate was higher in intervention group, no significant difference were found in 2 groups.Conclusion compared conventional care,the bundle care was better in preventing vascular complications in the operation of trans-radial coronary angiography stent implantation . |
