| 目的：本次调查旨在了解和分析，作为老年糖尿病患者支持系统的家属掌握糖尿病护理知识和技能的现状。通过对糖尿病患者家属进行了理论知识、操作考试，了解了饮食、用药、监测、运动等知识和技能掌握程度。方法：随机对入住我院内分泌科病区的老年糖尿病人直接护理者家属52人进行一般资料问卷、糖尿病知识问卷、实际操作能力三大部分进行调查。结果：作为患者重要支持系统的家属在糖尿病知识、操作技能都不能满足糖尿病患者的护理需求。而多数老年糖尿病病人又都处于自护能力差，也就造成了反复住院率高、并发症多等严峻的问题。想要更好地解决这一尖锐的问题就需要我们医护人员、糖尿病病人自己和我们广大的患者家属共同努力。因此全面了解糖尿病患者家属的糖尿病护理知识掌握的程度，并根据实际掌握情况在患者住院期间同时对患者家属进行个性化的糖尿病护理知识的教育，使糖尿病患者家属能够真正地承担起患者出院后的有力支持系统。也就是将家庭式糖尿病教育模式运用到目前糖尿病的教育中是非常急切和必要的。 |

| objective: the survey aims to understand and analysis, as a support system in elderly diabetes patients' families to grasp the present situation of the diabetes care knowledge and skills. Of diabetes patients' families through theoretical knowledge, operation test, understand the diet, medication, monitoring, and other sports knowledge and skills to master degree. Methods: random check in the hospital endocrinology ward of elderly diabetes patients directly caregivers' families 52 people general data questionnaire, diabetes knowledge, practical ability to investigate the three parts. Results: as an important support system of family in diabetes patients with knowledge and skills can't meet the demand of diabetes care. And most of the elderly diabetes patients are self nursing ability is poor, also caused the high repeated hospitalization rates and more complications such as serious problems. Want to better solve the problem of the sharp requires our medical staff, diabetes patients and family members of patients with our vast work together. So a thorough knowledge of the knowledge of diabetes care of diabetes patients' families, and according to actual situation in patients during hospitalization personalized for the families of patients with diabetes care knowledge education, make diabetic patients' families can really take powerful support system of patients after discharge. And family diabetes education model is applied to the current education of diabetes is very urgent and necessary. |
