| 目的 探讨重症监护室针对不同中医诊断的患者运用音乐五行疗法,进行情志调护,舒缓焦虑、烦躁等不良情绪的效果。 方法 在2013年1月~2014年3月的77例住院患者中,按床位奇数偶数分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组42例,对照组35例,住院期间两组均采用常规的治疗与护理,对实验组根据疾病的五脏五行的关系来选择曲目,定时播放,采取焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评患者焦虑情况,结果 两组人员在干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),在干预7、14天进行测评结论对比后,实验组干预后比对照组SAS评分下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 重症监护室患者,运用五脏五行的关系选取的曲目,定时播放调畅情志,可明显改善患者焦虑情绪,利于患者积极配合治疗,促进早日康复。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of Wu Xing (Five Elements) music treatment in improving negative emotions such as axiety and dysphoria of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods According to parity of bed number, 77 patients enrolled during Jan, 2013 to Mar, 2014 were divided into experimental group (n=42) and control group (n=35). All the patients received regular routine and treatment. Then the patients in the experimental group underwent Wu Xing music treatment in which each patient was played timing and different soundtracks according to the relation between the Wu Xing and Wu Zang (Five Internal Organs) related to the patient’s disease. The two groups were compared on self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Results The two groups had no significant difference on SAS before intervention, showing no statistical difference (P>0.05). The scores of SAS after 7th and 14th day of the intervention were significantly lower in the experiemental group than the control group, showing statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The Wu Xing music treatment, using timing and different soundtracks according to the relations between the Wu Xing and Wu Zang, can significantly reduce patient’s depressed emotions, improve patient’s cooperation of treatments and contribute to better rehabilitation. |
