| 目的：探讨JCI标准下手术标本的安全管理。方法：针对本科室中手术标本管理中的现存问题和不安全隐患，我们基于JCI标准对手术标本实行“一二三四五”的管理模式并使之规范化。结果：手术标本差错率明显降低，由0.67%降至0.09%（p<0.05）。结论：JCI标准下，对手术标本实行“一制二本三专四定五方”的管理模式，可确保手术标本安全。 |

| Objective: To investigate the management of surgical specimens based on the standards of JCI. Methods: There were some problems and hidden dangers in the management of surgical specimens in our department. Based on the standards of JCI, we tried to apply the management style about “12345” and made it standardized. Results: Error rate of the surgical specimens management significantly decreased from 0.67 % to 0.09% (p <0.05). Conclusion: Under the standards of JCI, the application of the management style about “12345” will ensure the safety of the surgical specimens management |
