| 【】 目的：探讨建立妇女关爱家园对社区围绝经期妇女实施健康管理干预的效果。方法：选择上海市某社区45～55岁妇女350例作为调查对象,通过建立妇女关爱家园,全面评估围绝经期妇女,举办家园活动,提供为期一年的干预措施,运用世界卫生组织简明生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF)量表评估对研究对象进行测评。结果：干预前后对比围绝经期妇女生活质量的生理领域、心理领域、社会领域对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：在社区建立妇女关爱家园,能提高围绝经期妇女的自我健康管理能力,提升其生存质量。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective ：To investigate the effect of the intervention on perimenopausal women community health management, though the establishment of women's care home. Methods：We chosed 350 women aged 45 to 55 in one community of Shanghai for the survey, evaluated the survey using WHOQOL-BREF before and after the intervention. Result：There was a significant difference between the quality of life before and after the intervention of perimenopausal women in Physiological, psychological, Social fields（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Perimenopausal women can improve the ability of self-health management and the quality of life, though the establishment of women's care home in the Community. |
