| 目的：探讨肠道息肉内镜下治疗手术前后的护理。 方法：对我科 2012 年 1月——2014年9月1034例肠道息肉患者内镜治疗的手术护理进行回顾分析。 结果：本组共 1034 例,单枚小息肉786例,较大、多发息肉258例,男性 618例,女性416 例；220例住院治疗,814例门诊治疗。 全组有出血病例4例,无穿孔病例。 结论：肠道息肉内镜下治疗是一种痛苦小、创伤轻微、疗效好、并发症少的治疗技术。 治疗过程中实行针对性护理,与医生密切配合,是内镜治疗成功的必要条件。 |

| Objective: Study the nursing for gastrointestinal polyp endoscopic treatment before and after surgery。Methods: To my family in January 2012 – January—2014--September, 1034 cases of intestinal polyp endoscopic treatment in patients with surgical nursing for retrospective analysis.The results: A total of 1034 cases,Among them, the single pieces of small polyps in 786 cases,Large and multiple polyps in 258 cases, 618 male and 416 female cases,220 cases of hospital treatment, 814 cases of outpatient treatment. Full set of cases of hemorrhage 4 cases, cases without perforation. Conclusions: Small intestinal polyp endoscopic treatment is a kind of pain, mild trauma, good curative effect, less complication of treatment technology. Treatment process is different from person to person, carry out targeted nursing, in close coordination with the doctor, is a necessary condition for endoscopic treatment success. |
