| [摘要] 目的 通过问卷调查了解临床健康教育现状，分析影响护士实施健康教育质量的因素，提出改进措施，从而提高住院患者健康教育知晓率。方法 分别于2013年3月和2013年11月，改进健康教育实施前后8个月各发放100份住院患者健康教育知晓率调查表和满意度调查表，其为随机抽取患宫颈癌开腹手术出院的患者。结果 本次研究发现影响健康教育质量的最主要的因素包括病房缺乏统一的宣教标准册、护士工作繁忙对健康教育重视不够，缺乏主动宣教意识、缺乏与患者很好的沟通，宣教方法单一，宣教时不重视患者的反应、病房缺乏反馈评价系统，无人对护士宣教质量进行追踪反馈、护士健康教育能力参差不齐、患者接受健康教育的能力也各不相同，为此病房对护士宣教提出了改进方法。结论 通过规范病房健康教育内容，规范病房健康教育时间及方法，以及建立病房反馈评价系统，提高了护士健康教育的质量，也加强了患者之间的沟通，从而提高了患者对护士的满意度。 |

| Objective: We did a survey by questionnaire to show the situation of current clinical health education, to analyze the factors which influence the quality of application in order to increase the rate of education acknowledgement by method improvement.
Method: 100 cervical cancer inpatients were required to fill the two forms, one is Rate of Health Education Acknowledgement Questionnaire, the other is Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire before (Mar. of 2013) and after (Nov. of 2013) method improvement separately.
Results: We found the main factors including being short of standard education booklet, being back of active practice of education during nurse’s busy work time, method simplicity, no feedback system, the differences of nurse’s education ability and patient’s studying ability.
Conclusion: By standardizing the contents, schedule and methods of health education, developing the feedback evaluation system, we successfully improved the quality of education, the communication between nurses and patients, increased the patients’ satisfaction. |
