| 【】 目的 总结深低温停循环主动脉夹层患者术后低温的护理体会,比较两种复温方法的效果。方法 回顾性收集我院2012年1月～2013年12月间深低温停循环主动脉夹层手术患者135例,随机对术后低温患者分别应用传统方法复温(对照组,12人)及变温水毯复温(实验组,14人),观察两组术后肛温的变化,总结护理工作的要点。结果 术后发生低温患者26人(19.2%),应用复温方法均能使两组患者恢复正常体温,实验组于开始复温后的1小时及1.5小时较对照组的体温高且存在统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论 深低温停循环主动脉夹层手术患者,术后早期易发生体温降低且临床表现多样,需要心脏外科监护室护理人员注意观察、勤于监测,尽早发现体温降低的发生以利于早期对症处理,应用变温水毯复温更有利于低温患者体温的恢复及维持。 |
