| 本文对静脉穿刺留置针技术在临床应用时,穿刺血管的选择及临床护理研究进展等进行综述。认为在进行静脉穿刺留置针操作时,应根据病人的病情、治疗目的、输入药液的性质、病人对治疗的依从性等情况进行综合分析,做好留置针留置前对病人的评估和指导。选择合适的穿刺血管,避免因穿刺血管的选择不当而导致穿刺失败、留置时间缩短和出现留置针的并发症,最大限度地发挥留置针持续留置的优点,使所有接受静脉穿刺留置针技术进行治疗的病人能得到安全和舒适的护理。 |

| Abstract: In this paper, the progress of vein puncture indwelling and clinical nursing of punctured vessel was reviewed. The author thinks that in venous indwelling needle operation, comprehensive analysis should be made according to the compliance of the patient's condition, treatment purpose, input liquor properties, the patient’s aim to the treatment. And then select the appropriate blood vessel to avoid injury or failure, indwelling time should be shortened and reduce the emergence of indwelling needle complications . |
