| 目的 探讨使用一次性真空采血针、一次性注射器在婴幼儿股静脉穿刺采血中,其穿刺成功率、血标本合格率及血肿发生情况等的比较。方法 在上海市某三甲医院耳鼻喉头颈外科进行该研究,将符合纳入标准的204例0～2岁婴幼儿随机分为2组：采血针(n=102)及注射器组(n=102)。结果 一次性7号真空采血针的穿刺成功率、血标本合格率均显著高于注射器组(p＜0.001),且其血肿发生率显著低于后者(p＜0.001)。结论 一次性真空采血针在0～2岁婴幼儿股静脉穿刺采血的应用较好,具有简单易行、损伤小、节省人力等特点,同时还可减轻患儿痛苦,提高患儿家长满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| Objective We designed a study to collect the vein blood specimen by disposable lancets vacuum blood collection needle in the infants femoral veins, and we counted its success rate, pass rate and blood samples hematoma occurrence. Methods This study was carried out in the Otolaryngology ward of hospital in Shanghai. Finally we had 204 cases of infants 0 to 2 years old metting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: lancet group (n = 102) and syringe group (n = 102). Results Single-person operating, the puncture success rate, blood samples of the disposable vacuum blood collection needle 7 were significantly higher than qualified syringe (p <0.001), and its incidence of hematoma was significantly lower than the latter (p <0.001). Conclusion Disposable vacuum blood collection needles were used in children aged 0 to 2 femoral vein puncture blood which are better, simple, small damage, and save manpower, etc., but which can also alleviate the suffering of children, improve parents’ satisfaction, so that disposable vacuum blood collection needles are worth with application in the clinic. |
