| 【】目的 探讨循证护理模式及常规护理模式在预防外阴癌术后并发症方面的临床效果。方法 46例接受手术治疗的外阴癌患者,分为对照组和实验组,每组23例。对照组术后实施常规护理模式；实验组实施循证护理模式。结果 实验组外阴癌术后切口愈合不良、泌尿系感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0．05)。两组患者下肢静脉血栓、淋巴回流障碍的发生无统计学差异(P>0．05)。 |

| 【】: Objective Discussion of evidence-based care model and the conventional model of care in the prevention of vulvar cancer clinical effect of postoperative complications. Methods 46 cases of vulvar cancer patients undergoing surgery were divided into control and experimental groups, 23 cases in each group. the control group take the conventional model of care; The experimental group adopted evidence-based nursing mode . Results The occurrence of the poor healing of postoperative incision and the urinary tract infection were more less in experimental group(P<0．05) , However ,there were no statistical difference in the occurrence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and lymphatic circumfluence obstacle (P>0．05)． |
