| 目的 探讨不同因素对静脉留置针留置时间的影响。方法 选择静脉留置针病人50例,从老年与中青年、危重患者与一般患者、高渗液体与低渗液体、封管液、无菌操作、穿刺部位等分析留置时间的变化。结果 留置时间不受穿刺部位的影响(P>0.05),但与液体渗透压,封管液,患者的抵抗力及无菌操作有关(P<0.05)。输注高渗液体病人穿刺部位肿胀发生率较高。结论 静脉留置针不受穿刺部位的影响,只要治疗及病情需要可随时选择静脉留置;输入高渗液体建议3d更换1次留置针部位,并适当活动留置肢体,以减少肿胀及静脉炎的发生。 |

| Objective: To study the effect of different factors to the time of intravenous catheter system.Method：Choose 50 cases with integrate catheter from the elderly and middle-aged and young, critically ill patients and general patients,high exudation and low exudation, Sealing liquid, sterile operation, injection position,such as analysis of the changes in retention time. Result: the indwelling time is not affectd by injection position(P>0.05), It is related to the liquid filter press,sealing liquid, resistance in patients and sterile operation (P<0.05). Infusion of hypertonic liquid puncture site of patients with a higher incidence of swelling. Conclusion: The indwelling of intravenous catheter system is not influenced injection position, It can be indwelled at any time for the need of treatment and patient′s condition . In order to reduce the emergence of the swelling and phlebitis, the injection location should be changed for every three day and the indwelling limbs should be activated when patient were injected high to exude. |
