| 目的：通过静脉药物配置中心（PIVAS）配置抗菌药物存放时间的调查，对抗菌药在PIVAS流转环节存在的问题进行分析。方法：自行设计调查表，内容包括一般资料、抗菌药使用方法、抗菌药流转使用环节等，由调查员现场调查、收集输液记录单资料。结果：PIVAS配置的抗菌药存放时间较长为1.88（±1.08）h，护士在输注抗菌药物时采取单一速度40gtt/min～60gtt/min，给药间隔时间不合理。结论：缩短抗菌药存放时间，合理控制给药间隔时间，实现抗菌药物集中配置、高效运作，需要临床、护理、药师的有效协调、合作。 |

| Objective: Through survey of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS) allocation of antibacterial storage time, analyze PIVAS antibacterial intermediate links problem. Method: single data collection was created through self- designed questionnaire including general information, antibacterial application method, antibacterial circulation use links, etc. and on- site survey , collect infusion record data. Results: PIVAS allocation of antibacterial storage time is quite long, i.e. to 1.88（±1.08）h, to infuse antibacterial nurses need 40gtt/min～60gtt/min, dosing interval is not reasonable. Conclusion: Shorten antibacterial storage time by concentrating on antibacterial allocation, high efficiency, the need of clinical, nursing, effective coordination and cooperation of pharmacists. |
