| 目的：了解手术室护士的主观幸福感水平和影响因素,为管理部门制定干预措施提供依据。方法：采用一般资料调查表和总体幸福感量表对某三级甲等医院101手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果：手术室护士主观幸福感总分为74.75±7.07分,处于幸福感较高水平,手术室护士的年龄、护龄、受聘性质、职务、职称和婚姻状况是其主观幸福感的影响因素。结论：低年资手术室护士的主观幸福感水平应引起科室与医院管理者的关注,并根据影响因素制定相关干预措施,提高手术室护士的主观幸福感水平,稳定手术室护理队伍,全面提高手术室的优质护理服务质量。 |

| [ ] Objective: To investigate the level and influencing factors of subjective well-being of the nurses in operating room,and provide evidence for management department to make corresponding measures. Methods: The general information questionnaire and general well-being schedule was used to investigate 101 nurses in operation room in a third-grade class-A hospital. Results: The total score of subjective well-being of nurses in operation room was 74.75±7.07 and was at a high level. The influencing factors of subjective well-being of the nurses in operating room were age,nursing age,the nature of employment,position,professional title and marital status. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the level of subjective well-being of junior nurses. According to influencing factors of subjective well-being,related intervention measures should be taken to improve the level of the operating room nurses" subjective well-being and stability of nursing team in operating room, and thereby to comprehensively improve the quality of nursing service quality of operating room. |
