| 目的 调查垂体瘤患者手术后对延续护理服务内容的需求，为垂体瘤患者院外延续护理方案的制定提供依据。方法 选取2013年1-12月垂体瘤手术患者共278例，其中泌乳素型92例，生长激素型133例，促肾上腺皮质激素型53例，采用自行设计的延续护理需求调查表对其进行问卷调查。结果 泌乳素型患者延续护理需求分值排名前三位的项目是：激素药物安全减量，社会生活的回归，垂体瘤的相关知识。生长激素型患者延续护理需求分值排名前三位的项目是：血糖的监测与控制，激素药物安全减量，骨折的预防。促肾上腺皮质激素型患者延续护理需求分值排名前三位的项目是：血压的监测与控制，血糖的监测与控制，激素药物安全减量。结论 垂体瘤患者在制定延续护理方案时最应该关注的内容是患者在院外激素药物的安全减量，此外还需要根据不同类型垂体瘤患者的具体表现给予相应服务的内容。 |

| Objiective Investigation of pituitary adenoma patients after the operation and the contents of the continued nursing care needs, provide basis of nursing program for pituitary adenoma patients.Methods Select 1 – 12, 2013, a total of 278 patients with pituitary adenoma surgery, 92 cases of prolactin type, 133 cases of growth hormone, 53 cases with adrenocorticotropic hormone, using self-designed questionnaire to survey the continuation of the nursing demand. Results The top three projects of patient’s with prolactin hormone continued nursing needs are: safely reducing hormone drug, the return of normal social life and the related knowledge of pituitary adenoma. The top three projects of patients with growth hormone continued nursing needs are: monitoring and control of blood sugar, safely reducing hormone drug, fracture prevention. Top three projects of patients with adrenocorticotropic hormone in continued nursing needs are: monitoring and control of blood pressure, blood sugar monitoring and control, reducing hormone drug safely.Conclusion When making continued nursing plan for patients with pituitary adenoma should focus on the safely reducing hormone drug, also need to meet different types of pituitary adenoma patients’ demands according to their concerns. |
