| 目的 探讨对手术室工人实施绩效考核管理的效果。方法 随机抽取2012年7月本院100例手术，培训护士记录，应用工人工作量化表进行调查，比较实施绩效考核前后工人工作时间。每个月通过对10例患者和或家属发放调查问卷表，全年共计120份，调查其对工人工作的满意度。每个月对医师、护士发放调查问卷表各10份，全年共计240份。 结果 实施绩效考核前后对比工人工作时间缩短；患者及医护人员的满意度均有提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对工人实施绩效考核的管理方法可有效缩短手术接台时间，加快手术室工作效率，提高工人主观能动性，提高手术室护理质量。 |

| Objective to investigate the effect of the implementation of performance appraisal management of operating room workers. Methods randomly in July 2012 in our hospital 100 cases of surgery, nurse training records, quantitative table to investigate application of workers, more workers working hours before and after the implementation of performance appraisal. Each month in 10 patients and family members of or distribute the questionnaire, the year a total of 120 copies of survey for the workers' job satisfaction. Every month to 10 copies of physicians, nurses, issuing questionnaire for a total of 240 copies. Results compared before and after the implementation of performance appraisal workers working time; Patients and medical staff satisfaction were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the management of the workers to implement performance appraisal methods can effectively shorten the surgery after a time, to speed up the working efficiency of the operating room, improve workers' subjective initiative, improve the quality of the operating room nursing. |
