| 【】目的：回顾总结35例声带脂肪注射单侧声带麻痹手术的护理配合要点,以提高护理配合的质量。方法：对35例声带麻痹的手术患者,术前做好心理护理,术后密切观察病情变化,加强呼吸道护理,饮食护理,严格禁声,预防感染和预防脂肪移位,进行有效的嗓音训练及出院指导。结果：35例声带麻痹病人手术顺利完成,护理配合密切,手术疗效良好。结论：声带注射自体脂肪术是治疗声带麻痹的有效方法,高质量的护理是手术成功的重要保证。 |

| 【Objective】 To analyze and improve the quality of care for 35 patients in vocal cord(VC) paralysis surgery with autologous fat unilateral injections. 【Method】 For 35 cases of VC paralysis surgery patients, do psychological care before operator, and closely observe condition changes after operator, Strengthen the nursing of respiratory tract, avoid sonification strictly, prevent infection and prevent fat shift, need effective voice training and discharge guidance. 【Result】 35 successful VC surgeries were completed with good nursing during each surgery.【Conclusion】The surgery with VC injection technique on autologous fat is the effective method for VC paralysis, correct care and high quality care are the important guarantee of the successful surgeries. |
