| 目的 分析我院对手术室护士采取循环示教培训方法的应用效果。方法 随机将我院2013年1月-2014年1月在岗的30名手术室护士均分为对照组和观察组，对照组行常规能级培训方法，观察组运用能级培训配合循环示教的方法。结果 观察组护士的理论及操作考核成绩、医生对手术室护士业务能力满意度评分（专科仪器操作熟练度、规范性，体位摆放的熟练度、规范性，协调应变能力）显著高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采取循环示教配合能级培训的方法后，提高了手术室护士的专科业务能力及手术医生的满意度，值得推广。 |

| Purpose:?Evaluate and analyze the application effect of the?Cycling Demonstration Teaching Method in improving the operational capacity of?nurses in?our hospital.?Method:?Divided?30 nurses of our hospital?into a control?group and an observation group randomly, trained the control group with conventional methods and the observation group with?Cycling Demonstration Teaching Method.?Result：The?performance of theory test?and?operation?skills assessment, the satisfaction score of?operational?capacity?from doctors(proficiency, normalization in operating special?equipment, keeping patients in proper posture and response capabilities)?of nurses in?the observation group significantly higher than the other group,?there were?statistical significance?between these?two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion：By taking?Cycling Demonstration Teaching Method,?the operational capacity of nurses and satisfaction of doctors have been improved, this method is worthy of promotion. |
