| ［摘要］目的：探讨品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）活动在对其食物疗法的依从性的影响。方法：开展QCC 活动对85例糖尿病肾病患者实施护理，包括确立活动主题、进行要因分析、设定目标、制订对策并实施，比较QCC 活动前后病人的依从性性的差异。得出：QCC 活动后患者食物疗法的依从性比干预前效果好，干预前后比较，均P ＜ 0．05，它们之间的不同有着一定的意义。得出： QCC 活动对于患者有着积极的意义，它首先可以帮助患者理解相关知识配合治疗，同时也提供了其食物治疗的依从性，从而对治疗产生积极健康的意义。 |

| ［Abstract］Objective: To investigate the effect of quality control circle o on the curative compliance of patients with diabetic nephropathy．Method：One hundred patients with diabetic nephropathy received health education by quality control circle．The curative compliance before using quality control circle was compared to that after using it．Results ：The dieting compliance after applying quality control circle was significantly better than that before intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion ： The quality control circle may enhance the knowledge of diabetic nephropathy patients on alimentary control， improve the compliance of diet therapy， delay the deterioration of diabetes and improve the curative effect． |
