| 目的：分析非计划性入重症监护室(Intensive care unit,ICU)患者的压力,以及不同年龄划分,不同家庭人均月收入划分,不同文化程度划分的非计划性入ICU患者的压力的影响。为非计划性入ICU患者制定有效的且具有针对性的护理措施提供科学依据。方法：将2013年8月至2014年5月非计划性入ICU患者50例进行压力分析,采用ICU环境压力源量表ICUESS测定。采用SPSS17.0软件对调查结果进行比较和分析。统计方法为方差分析。结果：研究组ICU环境压力源量表ICUESS评分显著高于常模组。非计划性入ICU患者中压力程度最大的前五条是“想念家人”,“口渴”,“不知道在哪儿”,“不能入睡”,“没有隐私”,其中 “不知道在哪儿”,“不能入睡”,“没有隐私”因素在以不同年龄划分,不同家庭人均月收入划分,不同文化程度划分非计划性入ICU患者的得分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：护理人员应根据患者的文化程度、家庭收入等因素,不同程度的区别每一个病人,提供个体化、针对性的护理。该研究对于医务人员为非计划性入ICU患者制定有效的且具有针对性的护理措施提供科学依据。 |

| Objective:The stress analysis of unscheduled into ICU patients ,and the stress analysis of the different age, different family per capita income, different cultural levels of unscheduled into ICU patients.For unscheduled into ICU patients and provide a scientific basis for targeted nursing measures.Methods:50 cases of unscheduled into ICU patients with pressure is analyzed..50 cases of unscheduled into the ICU patients with different age, different family per capita income,, different cultural levels, different social support,adopting ICUESS determination.Using SPSS17.0 software to compare the result of the investigation and analysis. Statistical methods include variance analysis. Results:The research group ICUESS score significantly higher than the norm group.Unscheduled into ICU patients pressure have the greatest degree of five,"Miss family ", "thirst", "I don"t know where is the", "fettered by catheter", "no privacy".In different age, different family income, different cultural levels, different social support division of unscheduled into ICU patients different score are statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusions: Nursing staff should be based on factors such as the patient"s cultural level, family income, different degree of difference between each patient,to provide individualized, corresponding nursing.The research for the medical staff for unscheduled into ICU patients and provide a scientific basis for targeted nursing measures. |
