| 目的 探讨应用健康信念模式的心理护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的焦虑抑郁不良情绪及心功能的影响。方法 将2010年4月～2012年12月我院收治的100例慢性心衰患者随机分成实验组和对照组,两组均接受心力衰竭规范化药物治疗和常规护理2周,实验组在此基础上应用健康信念模式同时进行心理干预2周。应用Zung焦虑自评量表和Zung抑郁自评量表分别测定干预前后两组患者的焦虑程度和抑郁状态,同时检测患者的血浆N端脑钠肽前体NT-pro-BNP和左室射血分数LVEF。结果 经过2周干预后,两组患者的焦虑程度、抑郁状态以及血浆N端脑钠肽前体NT-pro-BNP和左室射血分数LVEF均有统计学差异(t=10.57～33.86,P＜0.01)。结论 应用健康信念模式能降低老年慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑抑郁心理程度,改善患者的心功能,从而有利于促进患者的身体康复。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of the health belief model based psychological nursing intervention on anxiety-depression and heart function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods We collected 100 patients suffered from chronic heart failure in our hospital in April 2010～December 2012, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both of the two groups received standardized drug treatment for heart failure and routine nursing for two weeks. The experimental group received the health belief model based psychological intervention for additional two weeks. Anxiety evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), depression evaluated by Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), NT-pro-BNP and Left Ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were determined at the beginning and the end of intervention for the two groups. Results After two weeks intervention, the differences of the SAS value, SDS value, and NT-pro -BNP, LVEF between the two groups were statistically significant (t=10.57～33.86,P < 0.01). Conclusion The health belief model can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression and improve the heart function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, in the end promote the body recovery. |
