| 目的：帮助患者照顾者在家庭中担当起健康教育角色，探讨实用、科学的健康教育干预措施。方法：自拟照顾者知识来源调查表和照顾者所需知晓的健康教育内容调查问卷，随访100例住院精神分裂症患者的照顾者。结果：调查问卷中，照顾者想了解与所照料患者有关的知识选择肯定答案的占比率为100%；照顾者个人状况与知识来源及所需知晓的健康教育内容有一定的相关性。结论：应充分发挥医护人员的健康教育职能，指导照顾者多途径获得健康教育知识，对照顾者进行个性化健康教育，帮助照顾者担当间接健康教育者角色。 |

| Objective: To help the caregivers of schizophrenia with the practical and scientific health education, and to explore the effects of the health education. Method: One hundred of caregivers hospitalized schizophrenia were investigated with the self-made questionnaire which included the knowledge source and the needed health education. Results: All the caregivers want to get the relative knowledge of schizophrenia (100%). And the source and the knowledge of schizophrenia were related with the caregivers’ personal status. Conclusion: The medical health staff should take the role of educators for the caregivers of schizophrenia, and establish multiple media models to provide them individualized nursing information. |
