| 目的 研究护理中自我效能对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者康复训练以及康复效果的影响。 方法 选取2011年10月-2013年10月到我院就诊的关节损伤患者共114例,在护理中对其进行基本情况的问卷调查、康复训练评分、自我效能评分以及康复结果调查,并采用统计学方法研究其间的相关性。结果 不同学历的患者自我效能评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；自我效能越好,康复训练的得分越高,得分良好所占的人数也越高(P<0.05)；患者的康复训练得分和康复效果均与自我效能评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 护理中自我效能可以提高患者康复的信心,使患者战胜康复训练中的种种困难,达到较好的康复效果,临床上应积极提高患者的自我效能。 |

| Objective To study the self-efficacy of the cross in front of the knee ligament injury rehabilitation patients and the impact of rehabilitation. Methods October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital joint damage in patients with a total of 114 cases, the basic situation of its survey, rehabilitation score, self-efficacy scores and rehabilitation results of the survey, and the use of statistical methods to study correlation therebetween. Results Patients with different degree of self-efficacy score difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); self-efficacy, the better, the higher the score rehabilitation training, a good share of the score, the higher the number (P <0.05); rehabilitation patients both scoring and rehabilitation and self-efficacy score was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-efficacy can improve confidence rehabilitation of patients, so that patients in rehabilitation to overcome difficulties , to achieve better rehabilitation, should actively improve the patient"s self-efficacy clinically. |
