| 【】目的 探讨ROY适应模式(Roy adaptation model,RAM)在初产妇第一产程中的应用效果。方法 采用2013年8月至2014年3月在我院分娩的100例足月单胎初产妇为观察组,抽取2012年12月至2013年7月100例足月单胎初产妇为对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用Roy适应模式护理,比较两组初产妇的适应度情况。结果 观察组的初产妇第一产程时间显著低于对照组(P<0．05),自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0．05),新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0．05)。结论Roy适应模式能够提高初产妇第一产程适应度,促进产程进展,降低新生儿窒息率和提高自然分娩率。 |

| Objective: Investigate the application effect of ROY adaption model (RAM) in the 1st stage of labor of primiparas. Method: 100 cases of single birth full-term primiparas in our hospital (August 2013-March 2014) were set as observation group. 100 cases of single birth full-term primiparas (December 2012-July 2013) were chosen as control group. Control group was received usual care; meanwhile, observation group was received ROY care. The adaption status was compared and investigated. Results: The 1st stage of labor for the primiparas in observation group was significantly lower than the one of control group (P<0.05). For observation group, its natural birth rate was much higher than the one of control group (P<0.05); its neonatal Apgar score is higher than the one of control group (P<0.05). Therefore, RAM was considered to raise the fitness of 1st stage of labor for primiparas, facilitate the stage of labor, reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia and increase the rate of natural birth. |
