| 【】目的：探讨PBL教学法在胆道外科临床护理带教中的应用效果,以提高临床实习护生教学质量。方法：将在我院胆道外科实习的60人分为传统教学组和PBL教学组,比较两组护士在科室实习结束时理论及操作考试成绩。结果：PBL教学组及传统教学组的理论和操作考试成绩分别为(91.68±7.51)、(77.27±8.41)分。结论：PBL教学法更能提高带教质量,激发学生的学习主动性,更加重视培养学生提出问题、解决问题的能力。 |

| ：Objective To evaluate the application of problem-based learning on clinical teaching in department of biliary tract surgery,and improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing students．Methods Sixty student in department of biliary tract surgery were divided into traditional teaching group and PBL teaching group. At the end of the undergraduate internship course,a comparison was made between the two groups of students．Results The test scores in theoretical and operating examinations of the PBL teaching group were(91.68±7.51). The test scores of traditional teaching group were (77.27±8.41). Conclusion The results demonstrated that the PBL teaching method can improve the quality of teaching and stimulate the students learning．Besides,it can encourage students to ask questions and develop the ability to solve problems． |
