| 【摘要】目的 提高托珠单抗在类风湿性关节炎中的应用疗效，完善托珠单抗在治疗类风湿性关节炎过程中的标准输液护理流程，降低患者使用风险。 方法 纳入本科室2013年11月至2014年10月12位类风湿性关节炎患者共65次使用托珠单抗，对治疗期间的护理（用药前评估、宣教，用药中护理，用药后宣教）进行分析总结。 结果 65次使用雅美罗均无输液反应，使用后随访各项指标得到控制。 结论 规范的进行用药前评估、用药前宣教、用药中护理、用药后宣教可以提高患者依从性、增加患者自我防护意识、保证药物疗效、帮助控制并改善病情。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To enhance the efficiency of Tocilizumab in rheumatoid arthritis, perfect the standard process of transfusion and nursing care, and decrease the using risk. Methods Enrolled 12 rheumatoid arthritis patients treating with Tocilizumab amounting to 65 times from department of Rheumatology in November 2013 to October 2014. Analyze and summary the nursing care of transfusing Tocilizumab (pre-medication evaluation and education, nursing during transfusion and past-medication propaganda). Results No transfusion reaction was abserved in 65 to cilizucal treatment,all kinds of indices were under control after the treatment.Conclusion standand pre-medication evaluation and education,nursing during transfusion and past-medication propaganda can improve patients’ compliance, increase self-protective consciousness, ensure curative effect of the medicine and help control the disease. |
