| 【】目的：通过对我科贲门癌患者化疗后营养状况行调查研究,分析营养状况对肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法：通过以我院2010年6月至2014年11月曾在我科行贲门癌化疗患者80例,利用人体测量法、实验室检查法以及主观评价法(SGA)对患者营养状况进行调查。利用癌症患者生活质量测量表来对患者生活质量进行评估,并且对营养良好患者以及营养不良患者生活质量进行比较。结果：通过对我科患者进行调查评定,其中有70例患者因营养良好,所占比例为87.5%,有10例患者营养不良,所占比例为12.5%。营养良好患者与营养不良患者在各个方面进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：大多数贲门癌患者都有营养不良情况存在,可以结合SGA以及其它营养指标来对患者营养状况进行评价。营养良好以及营养不良患者在生活质量上存在一定差异,所以要重视对患者进行营养评价,从而使患者营养状态以及生活质量得到改善。 |

| Objective: Through the survey of the nutritional status of patients with cardia cancer after chemotherapy in our department, analysis the effect of nutrition on tumor patients" life quality. Methods: Through in our hospital from 2010 June to 2014 November in our department had 80 patients with cardia cancer chemotherapy, the use of human body measurement, laboratory examination method and subjective evaluation method (SGA) to investigate the nutritional status of the patients. The use of cancer patients quality of life measure table to evaluate the quality of life of the patients, and to compare the good nutrition and malnutrition patients quality of life in patients with.Results: Through the investigation and assessment in patients with my families including 70 patients because of good nutrition, the proportion is 87.5%, there are 10 patients with malnutrition, the proportion of 12.5%. Well-nourished patients compared with malnutrition patients in each aspect, statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The majority of cardiac cancer patients have the presence of malnutrition, can be combined with SGA and other nutritional indicators to evaluate the nutritional status of the patients. Good nutrition and malnutrition in patients with quality of life differences exist, so pay attention to the nutrition assessment of patients, so that the nutritional status of patients and improve the quality of life. |
