| 【】 目的 探讨医学生服务于养老院受社会的支持度,了解芜湖市养老的现状,并分析养老的模式以及存在的不足,为医学生服务于养老院长效机制的研究做前期准备工作,保证医学生服务于养老院长效机制的顺利进行。 方法 采用随机抽样法选择芜湖市镜湖区人群聚集的公园,自行设计问卷并作出调查。 结果 研究对象对养老院非常了解的仅占8.5%,愿意把自己父母送进条件较好养老院的占50.2%,老人倾向于家庭养老的占62.3%,老人选择去养老机构的占30.2%,希望医学生定期去家里或者养老院提供基础医疗服务的占79.4%,而信任在校医学生提供专业的基础医疗养老服务占59.1%。 结论 人们对养老院等养老机构的了解欠缺、传统的养儿防老、家庭养老等传统观念、养老院的综合服务质量不高,是社会养老压力的主要来源。但我们也惊喜的发现有79.4%的人支持医学生服务于养老院这一新模式,也反映出了人们对“医养融合”政策的期盼。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the approval nating of the medical students serving nursing home,to know the present condition of provision for the aged,and analysing the models as well as the shortcomings of providing for the aged,all this will make first-phase preparations for the long-term mechanism study of the medical students serving nursing home and guarantee the study to advance smoothly.Methods Design the questionnaire survey by ourselves and choose through random samping method the crowed gathering park in Jinghu district,the city of Wu Hu.Result The object of study understand the nursing home well is only 8.5%,willing to send their parents to the better nursing home is 50.2%.The old tending to family nursing home is 62.3%,choosing to the institutions of old aged is 30.2%,hoping the medical students to supply basic medicine service in their family or nursing home at regular intervals is 79.4%,and trusting students who supply professional service is 59.1%.Conclusion People are not good enough to understand the nursing home ,the traditional views about bringing up sons to support parents in their old age and family nursing home ,and the comprehensive service quality of nursing home not well,above all are the main soure of nursing home.However,we find amazing that 79.4% people approve the new model of students serving the nursing home ,this reflect that people are looking forward to “the combination between the medical and provision for the aged ”. |
