| 目的：探讨足底按摩结合个性化心理干预对突发性耳聋患者的护理效果。方法：选择62例突发性耳聋病人,分为对照组(34例)和干预组(28例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用足底按摩结合个性化心理干预。对两组患者分别于入院第1天和第10天采用焦虑自评表(SAS)测评及进行听力测试。结果：干预组焦虑程度明显减轻,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；干预组入院10天听力恢复明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论： 足底按摩结合个性化心理疏导对突发性耳聋患者效果明显,有较好的辅助治疗作用,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To discuss the influence of massage on the sole combining with individualized psychology nursing was on the patient with the burst characteristics deafness. Methods Sixty-two patients with the burst characteristics deafness were assigned into control group (n=34) and intervention group(n=28). Control group were administered with conventional therapy and nursing while intervention group received massage nursing and individualized psychology nursing based on the treatment given to control group. Two groups were tested by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and listening tests in the first and tenth day admission respectively. Results The degree of anxiety of the intervention group was lower than the control group obviously, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Rehabilitation of hearing in intervention group was better than the control group in the tenth day admission, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention of the massage on the sole combining with individualized psychology nursing is positive for the burst characteristics deafness. |
