| 摘要 目的：探讨经皮肾镜取石术( PCNL)术后并发尿脓毒血症护理要点及方法。方法：回顾我院从2012年1月到2014年12月共29例PCNL术后并发尿脓毒血症的患者，总结围手术期病情监测，早期发现尿脓毒血症，及时采取有效的治疗和护理措施，从而降低脓毒血症的发生和死亡率。结果：本组29例发生尿脓毒血症的患者均康复出院，或择期行二期PCNL。结论：早期发现尿脓毒血症，积极给予抗感染治疗，完善和加强围手术期的病情观察和监测，是防止发生脓毒血症休克，降低死亡率的关键。 |

| Abstract Objective: To discuss the key points and methods of nursing in urinary sepsis after PCNL.Methods: Reviewing 29 cases of patients with urinary sepsis after PCNL in our hospital from January,2012 to December,2014.We reviewed the monitoring condition changes,early detection of urinary sepsis and early treatment,to take timely and effective nursing measures,so as to reduce the occurrence of sepsis and death rate. Results: The 29 patients discharged safety or undergoing the second PCNL later. Conclusion: Early detection of urinary sepsis and anti infection treatment,improving and strengthening the observation and monitoring of peri-operation period,could prevent the occurrence of septic shock and decrease mortality rate. |
