| 自我管理是糖尿病治疗中至关重要的一个环节，糖尿病患者良好的自我管理可有效降低患者体内糖化血红蛋白值，延缓并发症的发展。本文对自我管理定义、发展以及糖尿病自我管理内容、评价指标、国内外有关糖尿病自我管理研究进展进行综述，旨在为临床护士更好地开展糖尿病患者自我管理教育提供依据。 |

We have concluded theSconcept and the contents of self-management in this article,Sin addition to this we have also summarized the diabetes related self-management assessment tools,intervening models and patients’ self-management ability in China and other foreign countries. We are aiming to enable the nurses to pay more attention to self-management of patients with diabetes,in order to provideSappropriate and personalized health education for patientsSin clinical work,Sand finally to polish up patients’ health. |
