| 目的 探讨带血管神经游离背阔肌动力性修复晚期面瘫的围手术期护理要点。方法 总结采用带血管神经游离背阔肌动力性修复晚期面瘫治疗面瘫患者40例的治疗及护理要点。结果 84例患者中，1例患者存在口角下垂，1例出现背部血肿，2例出现一侧上肢发麻；结论 术前加强心理护理和沟通，进行充分术前准备，术后加强病情观察，做好健康教育以获得理想的护理效果。 |

| Abstract：Purpose: To investigate the keys in perioperative nursing care of terminal facial palsy with Latissimus Doris muscle transplantation in one stage facial reanimation Methods: The nursing experiences and nursing key points of 40 patients treated with Latissimus Doris muscle transplantation in one stage facial reanimation gResults: Of 40 patients, there was loose of commissural fixation in 1 case, dorsal hematoma in 1 case, numbness of the upper limb in 2cases Conclusion: Strengthened psychological nursing care and communications, intensive preoperative preparation , enhanced postoperative monitoring and health education provide successful nursing effect |
