| 目的 探讨和分析对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施专科化优质护理服务的效果。方法 将112名择期行妇科腹腔镜手术患者按实施专科化优质护理前、后分为对照组(62例)和观察组(50例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展具有专科特色的优质护理服务,比较两组患者的术后体位并发症的发生率和患者的满意度。结果 两组患者的术后体位并发症的发生率和患者的满意度比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 手术室对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施专科化优质护理能降低术后体位并发症的发生率和显著提高患者的满意度。 |

| Objective To explore and evaluate the effects of the specialized high-quality nursing care in the application in the patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operations. Methods 112 of the patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic operations were assigned into the control group (n = 62 patients) or the observation group (n = 50 patients) according to whether there was the application of specialized high-quality nursing care. The patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing care, while the observation group were treated by the additional specialized high-quality nursing care on the basis of the conventional nursing care. The incidence of the postoperative position complications and the patient’s satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of the postoperative position complications and the patient’s satisfaction in the observation group were both better than the control group, and there were statistical significances (P < 0.05). Conclusion The specialized high-quality nursing care can reduce the incidence of the postoperative position complications and improve the patient’s satisfaction significantly in the patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic operations in the operating room. |
