| 血管畸形,人群发病率约为1．5％【1】。该病好发于肢体,多表现为肢体软组织肿块,可累及关节、神经等重要组织。目前无论用何种方式治疗血管畸形,一次手术并未能完全治愈,可能需要进行多次手术,也难以根治【2-3】。正因为是这种先天性的疾病,可能对住院患者的心理健康有着一定的影响【4】。反反复复的手术及疤痕,严重影响了患者的生活与健康,而他们的心理健康问题也值得我们关注。现对血管畸形患者的心理健康问题及干预措施的初步探讨综述如下。 |

| Vascular malformation, incidence rate of about 1.5% [1]. The disease occurs in the body, more performance for the extremity soft tissue mass, involving the joint, nerve and other important organizations. At present, in whatever way in treatment of vascular malformation, an operation failed to heal completely, may require multiple operation, it is difficult to effect a radical cure [2-3]. It is because of this kind of congenital disease, may for the patients with mental health has a certain effect [4]. Operation and scar repeatedly, seriously affecting the patient"s life and health, and their psychological health problems are worthy of our attention. Preliminary discussion on the current mental health problems in patients with vascular malformation and intervention measures is summarized as follows. |
