| 目的：回顾1例急性妊娠脂肪肝(AFLP)的抢救与护理体会。方法：对患者进行有效的抢救和护理的个案报道。结果：急性妊娠脂肪肝产妇存活。结论：对妊娠晚期孕妇重视和AFLP的早期识别，配合医生迅速终止妊娠，同时做好弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)及产后出血的抢救与护理，加强肝性脑病及人工肝治疗(血浆置换)的急救与护理，预后可明显改善。 |

| Objective : To explore the nursing care in the treatment of acute fatty liver of pregnancy(AFLP). Methods A case report of one AFLP case. Results After the nursing intervention, the patient was cured. Conclusion AFLP complication is specific to the third trimester of pregnancy. It has rapid onset and great danger to patient. In addition to liver damage, kidney, brain, pancreas and other organ damages are often seen, which pose great threat to the safety of the mother and infant. Active treatment and increasing monitoring and clinical care can effectively prevent complications and improve the prognosis of mother and infant. |
