| 目的 研究心电监护在老年心血管患者拔牙中的应用。方法 采用便携式心电监护仪,对患者在麻醉前,麻醉后,术中,术后,术后10min,进行心率、血压、心电图的监测,将108例患者动态变化的数值进行记录、检验、统计、分析。结果108例患者均成功耐受拔牙,患者在术中的心率变化与麻醉前、术后10min相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。患者的血压在术中与麻醉前或术后10min相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。108名患者在拔牙过程中,T波轻度改变的患者有15例(13.9%),T波严重改变的患者有45例(41.7%),T波改变的患者总人数占55.6%,所有患者在术后10min心电图恢复到术前水平。结论心电监护的引入可以很好的时刻观察患者术前、术中、术后心率、血压、心电图等方面各项指标的变化,有利于在治疗过程中将病人的不良反应控制在合理的范围内。 |

| Objective To study the ECG in elderly cardiovascular patients teeth. Method PM-7000 portable monitor placed a cuff and a finger sensor. Patients before anesthesia, anesthesia, surgery, postoperative after 10min, heart rate, blood pressure, ECG monitoring, dynamic changes in the values ??of the 108 patients were recorded statistics, the average. Results of 108 patients from anesthesia soon begin extraction 1~3min heart rate began to change, the average heart rate before anesthesia 72.48 ± 19.78, 5 ~ 7min highest surgery to 84.77 ± 19.29, the average surgery increased 4 times/min, after surgery 8 ~ 10min to start cleaning up the patient"s teeth at the patient"s heart rate gradually decreased to 79.02 ± 17.95, basically returned to normal levels 10 minutes after surgery. Changes in heart rate of the patients in the surgery before anesthesia after 10min were compared with a significant difference (P<0.05). Blood pressure after anesthesia, with varying degrees of growth in 1~3min blood pressure began to rise after anesthesia 12.51±3.56 up to 14.24±3.56 5~7min surgery, postoperative 8~10min return to normal levels surgery with a significant difference (P<0.05) as compared with those before anesthesia or postoperative 10min. 108 patients in the extraction process, T wave slight change of the patients there were 15 cases, 45 cases of patients with severe T wave changes, all patients returned to normal levels in the postoperative 10min ECG. Conclusion The introduction of change can be a good moment to observe patients with emotional, physical and other aspects of the indicators of the ECG, is conducive to the adverse patient"s course of treatment will be controlled within a reasonable range. |
