| 目的：探讨自制患者饮食宣教卡片组在内科患者中的应用的效果。方法：选取2014年10月至2015年2月入住我院心内科及内分泌科的40位患者,采用自制患者饮食宣教卡片对患者进行饮食宣教,对患者在接受宣教前后的饮食知识得分情况、护理满意度及责任护士使用传统饮食宣教方法与采用自制饮食宣教卡片所花费的时间进行对比。结果：接受健康宣教卡片组后患者饮食知识得分情况高于接受健康宣教前(p<0.05),接受健康宣教卡片组后护理满意度高于接受健康宣教前(p<0.05),责任护士采用饮食宣教卡片所花费饮食宣教的时间少于传统饮食宣教时间(p<0.05)。结论：应用自制饮食宣教卡片组能够提高患者饮食知识,提高护理满意度及护士的工作效率,达到饮食宣教的真正目的。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of the diet education cards.Methods:We chose 40 inpatients of cardiology and endocrinology from October 2014 to February 2015 to give them diet education by using our diet education cards.To compare the scores of their diet knowledge ,scores of nursing satisfaction and the time of nurses spending to teach the patients.Results:The scores of their diet knowledge after their responsible nurse taught them are higher than before(p<0.05), as well as the scores of the nursing satisfaction.The time of nurses spending is shorter than before(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diet education cards can raise knowledge level of patients’ diet,improve the satisfaction degree of nurses and improve the working efficiency of nurses,to achieve the real purpose of the diet education. |
