| 目的：观察石氏颈椎保健操在颈椎病康复护理中应用的效果。方法：将临床140例患者随机分为观察和对照两组,每组各70例。对照组采用常规疗法,即中药内服、中药外敷或按摩推拿；观察组在常规疗法的基础上配合石氏颈椎保健操。结果：观察组总有效率96.15%；对照组总有效率86.53%。两组患者比较,临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：石氏颈椎保健操在颈椎病恢复期中应用,临床效果显著,值得推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of stone"s cervical exercises used in rehabilitation nursing of cervical spondylosis. Method: The clinical information of 140 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation and control group two, 70 cases in each group. The control group with conventional therapy, that is, Chinese herbs, external application of Chinese medicine and massage; the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with stone"s cervical exercises. Results: The observation group, the total efficiency of 96.15%; control group, the total efficiency of 86.53%. Comparison of two groups of patients, there was significant difference (P<0.05) of clinical efficacy.Conclusion: Stone"s cervical exercises in cervical vertebra disease recovery period, application, a significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion. |
