| 目的 比较经桡动脉冠脉介入术致前臂血肿时两种处理方法的疗效,为临床护理前臂血肿寻求一种安全有效的方法。方法 将冠脉介入术后前臂血肿的患者随机分配至单纯前臂弹力绷带加压组(A组)和前臂弹力绷带加压联合肱动脉非阻断性加压组(B组),并比较两种方法疗效的差异。结果 经过处理,B组25例前臂血肿患者与A组24例比较,前组患肢疼痛程度显著低于后组,差异有统计学意义(P = 0.011)。术后24小时相对健侧的前臂肿胀程度,B组显著小于A组(P = 0.018)。两组间大水疱(直径>1cm)的数量无显著差异(P = 0.725)。结论 前臂弹力绷带加压包扎联合肱动脉非阻断性加压较单纯前臂弹力绷带加压处理疗效更好,且方法简便、安全。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of two techniques on forearm hematoma outcomes after transradial coronary intervention. And to provide an ideal nursing care technique of forearm hematoma. Methods Patients were randomly assigned to one of the two techniques when the hematoma occurred: the elastic bandage applied over forearm (group A) and the forearm elastic pressure bandage combined with non-occlusive compression ofSbrachialSartery (group B). And the outcomes of the two groups were compared. Result Forty-nine patients were enrolled in this study. The mean age was 63.0±9.7 years, and 69.4% of the patients were male. The baseline clinical characteristics of the two study groups were similar. The mean level of discomfort was not significantly different between the two groups before treatment and was significantly higher in group A than that in group B during treatment (P = 0.011). There was no significant difference in swollenSdegree of forearm (compared with contralateral normal forearm) between the two groups when the forearm hematoma occurred. While, at 24 hour after the procedure, the swollenSdegree of forearm was statistically higher in group A than that in group B (P = 0.018). The count of tension blisters (>1cm in diameter) was statistically similar between the two groups. Conclusions As to the treatment of forearm hematoma caused by transradial coronary intervention, the forearm elastic pressure bandage combined with non-occlusive compression ofSbrachialSartery has comparativeSadvantages overSthe sole forearm elastic pressure bandage, and, additionally, was safe, effective and convenient. |
