| 目的 对一例大面积头皮撕脱伤并行清创探查术及头皮瓣回植术后的患者的术后护理体会进行总结。方法 对术区局部皮瓣严密的观察与精心的护理。给予患者及家属详尽的相关知识和心理干预,并保持良好的休养环境,为回植皮瓣成活创造了良好的条件。结果 患者撕脱的头皮瓣经显微血管吻合回植后伤口一期愈合,回植皮瓣大部分成活,未出现术区回植皮瓣的感染,术后14天痊愈出院。结论 头皮大面积撕脱伤行原位回植的患者,给予积极的护理,对促进患者身心康复具有重要意义。 |

| Objective: To summary nursing of the patients with large area scalp avulsion. Methods: To observe and nurse the local flap carefully. Providing patients and their families detailed related knowledge of operation and psychological intervention. And maintain a good rest environment, creating good conditions for survival of the skin flap. Results: The avulsed scalp flap survived mostly. No surgical infection was found. The patient was discharged 14 days after surgery. Conclusion: Given the positive nursing is of great significance to promote the physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients with large of scalp avulsion. |
