| 【】目的 探讨人工推注鼻饲法和输液泵泵入鼻饲法应用于ICU患者肠内营养的效果。方法 选择2012年10月—2014年6月在上海市普陀区中心医院急诊监护室留置胃管鼻饲患者100名,随机分为观察组与对照组各50名,观察组实施输液泵泵入鼻饲法,对照组实施人工推注鼻饲法,观察两组患者出现腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、返流、呛咳等并发症的发生情况,同时统计平均每天护理操作所需的时间。结果 两组患者腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、返流、呛咳的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组鼻饲液更匀速地输入消化道,大大减少对消化道的刺激,操作所需时间显著少于对照组。结论 输液泵泵入鼻饲法明显优于人工推注鼻饲法,不仅减少肠内营养并发症的发生,同时促进患者康复,提高了护理效率。 |

| 【】Objective Investigate the effect of the infusion pump nasal feeding method and artificial injection nasal feeding method to critical patient’s enteral nutrition. Methods 100 patients with indwelling gastric tube feeding in Central Hospital of Shanghai Putuo District EICU, were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients each, including observation group and control group .Observation group is to implement the infusion pump nasal feeding method while the control group is to carry out artificial injection nasal feeding method. Diarrhea, abdominal distension, vomiting reflux, cough, digestion bleeding complications in two groups were observed. At the same time, the required daily nursing operation time was recorded. Results Two groups of patients with diarrhea, abdominal distension, vomiting, reflux, cough, the different response between them has statistically significant (P<0.05).the method taken by the observation group required less operating time. Conclusion Infusion pump nasal feeding method is better than artificial injection nasal feeding, not only to reduce the complications of enteral nutrition, but to promote the rehabilitation of patients, and also to improve nursing efficiency. |
