| 【】 目的：探讨适合不同年资助产士的在职培训模式。方法：按照助产士产时核心能力标准,采用授课、导师培训、护理安全分析会议、个案分析讨论、演练等方法对40名助产士进行分层、个体化培训。结果：40名助产士培训前、后理论知识和技能考核得分有显著的统计学意义；其中培训前后助产士会阴侧切率的比较,差异有统计学意义﹙P ＜0.05﹚。结论：产房助产士进行分层、个性化的培训后,全面提高了助产士的专科理论知识、操作技能水平,会阴切开率显著降低；有效的提高了助产士的教学、管理能力,对产房护理质量的提高有积极的促进作用。 |

| 【 】 Objective: To explore the on-the-job training mode for the different year of the subsidy of the different year.. Methods: in accordance with the production of midwife core competency standards, using lectures, instructor training and nursing safety analysis meeting, case analysis and discussion, drilling of 40 midwives are layered, the individual training. Results: 40 midwife training before and after theoretical knowledge and skills assessment score have significant statistical significance; the before and after training midwives perineal side to cut rates were compared, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the midwife of stratification and personalized training, and comprehensively improve midwife"s specialized knowledge, skill level and episiotomy rate decreased significantly; effectively improve midwife"s teaching and management ability, improve the nursing quality of delivery a product"s role in promoting. |
