| 【】 目的 探讨糖尿病足患者家庭功能对抑郁情绪的影响。方法 随机选择2010年1月-2013年1月我院诊断为糖尿病足的患者80例,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷和抑郁自评量表,其进行调查研究。结果 调查结果显示家庭功能中度障碍47例(11.2％),重度障碍4例(5.0％)；轻度抑郁者21例(26.2%),中度抑郁者15例(18.7%),重度抑郁者11例(13.8%)。患者的家庭功能总分及各维度评分与抑郁情绪评分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。由Logistic多因素回归分析显示,家庭功能障碍是糖尿病足患者抑郁情绪产生的独立危险因素。结论 提高家庭成员对糖尿病足患者的关爱,可以有效地改善患者的抑郁情绪。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the impacts of family function of patients with diabetic foot on the depression emotion. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as diabetic foot in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were were investigated using the Family APGAR and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in this study. Results Moderate and severe family dysfunction were present in 47 (11.2%) and 4 (5.0%) patients, respectively. There were 21 (26.2%) cases of mild depression, 15 (18.7%) cases of moderate depression and 11 (13.8%) cases of severe depression. The total score and each factor score of family function were all negatively related to the score of depression (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family dysfunction was the independent risk factors of depression in patients with diabetic foot. Conclusion Sufficient love and care from family members may relieve the depressive mood for patients with diabetic foot． |
