| 目的：观察静脉导管固定器在ICU股静脉穿刺导管中的应用效果。方法：将我科行股静脉穿刺导管的患者随机分为两组，实验组给予导管固定器固定股静脉导管，对照组采用传统的缝合固定法，观察两组患者局部渗液、针眼处有无红肿、卷边松动等情况。结果：试验组在局部渗液的发生率，非计划性更换贴膜的次数上低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：使用静脉导管固定器固定股静脉导管，能显著较少针眼处红肿的发生，减轻护理工作量，大大提高护理工作质量。 |

| Abstract Objective: to observe the effect of the venous catheter holder of femoral venous puncture catheter in the ICU. Methods: patients with femoral venous puncture catheter were divided into two groups randomly. Experimental group: patients fixed with femoral vein catheter tube holder, and the control group fixed with traditional suture. Then, the local seepage, welling of suture and loosed edge were observed. Results: The incidence rate of local seepage and the unscheduled replacing sticker in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of venous catheter holder can significantly reduce welling of suture and nursing workload, improving the nursing quality. |
